This rich shave cream softens hair to achieve the perfect close shave. Filagrin is a protein made by skin cells that keeps the skin naturally moisturised. Filagrinol helps keep filagrin production at optimum levels leaving skin feeling deeply moisturised and smooth. Honeybee Moisture Complex is a naturally derived sugar complex that helps the skin retain this moisture. Rosehip, black seed and camellia oil blend to leave compromised skin feeling nourished and smooth. Aloe extract provides moisturisation and also has healing properties to treat small cuts caused by shaving. Lime and apple seed oils leave the skin energised.
This product is free from parabens and nasty chemicals, and all our ingredients are sourced from the UK.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Put a small amount into hands and work between palms.
2. Massage onto cleansed face with fingers or shaving brush and shave gently in the direction hair grows.
3. Rinse face with cold water.
4. Follow with Daimon Barber Post Shave Soother.

Daimon Barber accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit on untracked services. All Royal Mail services, including the UK recorded service, are not tracked. Only courier services (displayed as ‘STANDARD TRACKED’ are traceable). we would strongly recommend selecting the tracked service for all overseas orders.
Orders over 2kg will be subject to an additional delivery charge. Please get in touch if no shipping rate is offered at check out as it is likely your order weighs more than 2kg and we will quote a price for this separately.
Please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which The Daimon Barber Limited cannot accept liability.
We hope you love our products as much as we do but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the product for an exchange or refund please email us at email@example.com. We are a small team but will use all reasonable efforts to respond to you within two working days.
1. Can I make a return to you?
1.1 Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return an item. The item must be returned to use in the condition as supplied to you so please repack it with care using all of the original packaging or a suitable alternative. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. This does not affect your statutory rights.
1.2 You will be given the option to have the item replaced (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. You are responsible for the return package and all associated posting costs unless you received such items damaged. The items need to be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the package by you. We do advise that you obtain a certificate of posting from a reputable carrier in case the parcel (for whatever reason) fails to reach us.
1.3 We will use all reasonable efforts to issue a refund within 10 working days but, in any event, no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods. We regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
1.4 Please note that refunds on items bought as gifts can only be issued to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item then unfortunately we cannot stop the original purchaser from knowing.
2. Can I cancel my order?
2.1 You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day they are received. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and order reference number.
2.2. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched but you must notify us within 8 working days of receipt of the items. Please email email@example.com with your address and order reference number.
2.3 Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. The items need to be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the package by you.
